Lucknow,Aug.28,: On the occasion of Rakhi, the festival to herald bondage between brother and sister, Lucknow witnesses the world's biggest Rakhi band. This Rakhi weighs 15 kilograms with a diameter of seven feet. The beautiful Rakhi has been made with decorative items like Kirkiri, Gota and Sitare. The environment lovers used 15-meters long rope to tie this Rakhi gently to the tree.
Congress top leaders to discuss on food security bill
There is a meeting of Congress core group today, in which they will decide whether to call for a special session of Parliament or to pass an ordinance on the Food Security Bill. Earlier, a meeting based on the same issue was held on 17th May which did not have inconclusive.
