Mumbai, Aug 29 : The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday said that BCCI is its "only recognized body" to administer the sport in India and its rebel league would not enjoy its backing. The Indian Cricket League (ICL), promoted by the influential Essel Group, is planning an unapproved Twenty20 competition. Speed also added that said the ICL had not approached ICC for any approval.
