New Delhi,Aug.31): The 10th anniversary of the tragic death of Diana, Princess of Wales, will be commemorated in a memorial service today at the Guards Chapel in Westminster, London. A ceremony is planned to remember her in London. Queen Elizabeth and former prime minister Tony Blair will be among the guests at the service inside the guards' chapel near Buckingham Palace.
