About
Dharamshala, Nov 7 : Thousands of Buddhists from Russia and Mongolia have organised a five-day grand festival in India's northern Dharamsala, home to Tibetans in exile. For the first time in the history of Tibetans-in-exile, Mongolian and Russian Buddhists are celebrating a Buddhist Festival in the north Indian town of Dharamshala. The Russian delegates feel that this celebration is important as they can show their concern over the Tibetan issue.
