Mumbai, 20 Dec, 2007 : After flooring critics and audiences alike, with groundbreaking films like Lagaan and Swades, Oscar nominated director Ashutosh Gowariker, is ready to add yet another feather to his cap with the historic epic 'Jodhaa Akbar'. The flick is about the romance between Mughal emperor Akbar and his Hindu wife Jodhaa. In-depth research of almost three years went behind the making of the film on the part of the director, who says that 'Jodhaa Akbar' was difficult for him as this was his first attempt at making a romantic film.
