It's another scam that the CAG is looking at and according to reports this scam over allotment of S band spectrum has the capacity to cross even the 2G scam in losses to the exchequer. At the centre of the storm is MG Chandrashekhar, the Chairman of Devas Multinmedia. Chandrasekhar managed to lease out precious spectrum for twenty years by paying peanuts.The company that has reportedly been given the rare spectrum by ISRO's commercial arm, Antrix.
