Pakistan born Bollywood actress Laila Khan who was missing since February 2011, was murdered, according to her step father Parvez Tak. Laila was last seen in a 2008 Bollywood movie, Wafaa: A Deadly Love Story, which also starred Rajesh Khanna.

Ajit Sarkar murder case: Pappu Yadav released from jail

Four days after the court acquitted him on charges of killing CPI (M) leader Ajit Sarkar citing lack of evidence, former RJD MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav was formally released from jail on Tuesday. Yadav, who was lodged in Beur jail, was received by his wife Ranjeeta Ranjan and a large number of his supporters outside the jail.
