Vikram Kumar made his directorial debut in Bollywood in 2009 with Madhavan Neetu Chandra supernatural thriller 13B which went on to make very good impression at the box office. The film was simultaneously made in Tamil as Yavarum Nalam and was nominated for Vijay Award for Best Story, Screenplay Writer. Now the helmer is hoping to recreate the success story with his second Hindi outing where he has roped in the B towns heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor! Buzz is that Vikram is going to remake of his own Telugu film Ishq which released last month and was well received by the audience as well as critics. So with confidence in hand the director is set out to bring the Hindi version of it. I was offered a chance to remake the same in Hindi, and I approached Ranbir Kapoor for it. He agreed to work with me on the film, and is now sorting out his dates. Im yet to finalize the heroine and the rest of the cast and crew, he said in an interview.
