Censor Board has cleared Venkatesh and Trisha starrer, Bodyguard, with a U certificate and appreciated the clean content. The film is releasing worldwide on January 14th. Directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh, Bodyguard is a remake of super hit Malayalam film by the same name. The film is successful in all the languages it was made into Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi. One has to wait for the release to know whether it would repeat the same magic in Telugu. The film also has Saloni as second lead and S S Taman has provided the music. Producer Bellamkonda said the film s subject and its entertainment value is ideal for family audiences to watch. It is a film that you should watch with your family and it caters to all age groups and would be liked by everyone, he said.
