December 1st week is getting hotter by the day as 7 films are in the fray for release. We can say that the Pongal season is on and from now we are going to see at least one big film to be released for every week. To start with, it s Ram Gopal Varma s Bejawada which is slated for December 1 release is surrounded by lot of expectations for the controversial story line which is based on the political wars of Vijayawada in early 90s. The film is yet to clear the censor scrutiny and the makers are still negotiating with the panel members for re appointment. Apart from this, its Allari Naresh s dubbed film Sangharshana and Shiridi Jai Sai Ram are hitting the screens on the same day.Varun Sandesh who is desperately waiting to score a big hit is pinning hopes on his new film Priyudu which is scheduled for December 2 release. This film is going to face stiff competition from Vidya Balan starrer The Dirty Picture which is releasing on the same day. The film is being touted as the bio pic on sex bomb Silk Smitha.Suresh Kondeti s Journey, (remake of Engeyum Eppodhum) and Rowdy Gari Pellam movies are also in the race for the same day. A horror film Deyyam Unda is also trying its luck on December 3 amidst huge competition.We have to see who will keep the box office ringing this time.

Jwala Gutta to shake leg in a Telugu Item Number

Vishwaroopam release stopped in Hyderabad now

After being banned in Tamil Nadu, the release of much-talked about movie of the month, 'Vishwaroopam' has now been stopped in Hyderabad by the Andhra Pradesh government following complaints by Muslims organisations that the movie has hurt religious sentiments of the community.
