Pinki Pramanik undergoes gender test again

Kolkata, June 26 (ANI): Woman athlete Pinki Pramanik accused of being a male and currently under judicial custody for rape underwent a gender test again. Although the karyotyping tests to verify the chromosome pattern could not be held at the states recommended SSKM Hospital in Kolkata, an 11 member medical team conducted various tests on the athlete. The doctor, Tamal Kanti Ghosh, said that the reports of the various tests done would be submitted to the Supreme Court.

Sanjay Dutt to Get Access Home Food, Medicine

Sanjay Dutt went back to Arthur Road jail to serve three-and-a-half years sentence after being convicted in 1993 Bombay blasts case. Meanwhile, TADA court allowed him access to medicines, home-food, fan and to take along his mattress and pillow for his stay in the jail.
