Rajkot, January 8 (ANI): Kites depicting social activist Anna Hazare are selling like hot cakes in Gujarat ahead of the Hindu traditional festival of Makar Sakranti that falls on January 14th. Besides, the kites featuring state Chief Minister Narendra Modi have also become a hit. Hazares anti graft movement for the passage of the Lokpal bill captured the attention of the youth and the masses for the most parts of the year 2011.
Congress top leaders to discuss on food security bill
There is a meeting of Congress core group today, in which they will decide whether to call for a special session of Parliament or to pass an ordinance on the Food Security Bill. Earlier, a meeting based on the same issue was held on 17th May which did not have inconclusive.
