BJP defends induction of Kushwaha

New Delhi, January 06 (ANI): Defending its stand of inducting tainted former Uttar Pradesh minister Babu Singh Kushwaha into the party, the BJP today said it is serving the cause of OBCs by doing so. Addressing mediapersons in New Delhi today, BJP spoksesperson Nirmala Sitharaman said the inclusion of Kushwaha into the party provides him no immunity from corruption charges.

Rescue operations underway in Joshimath
