Srinagar, January 06 (ANI): The Kashmir Economic Alliance called for a shutdown in the valley on Friday to protest the recent killing of a young protestor by the paramilitary forces. The entire region came to a standstill as streets were deserted; market areas, government offices, schools and universities were closed. The Central Reserve Police Force has been deployed all over the region for stabilising the situation to maintain the peace and order.
