New Delhi, November 14 (ANI): Aiming to strengthen the bilateral trade ties, the commerce secretaries of India and Pakistan began their second round of secretary level talks in New Delhi today. Addressing mediapersons in New Delhi, Indian commerce secretary Rahul Khullar expressed gratitude towards Pakistan for giving Pakistans Most Favoured Nation (MFN) status to India. Khullar also said that changes were needed in the visa issuing process so that businessmen from both the countries could travel more conveniently.

Reportedly, a wanted militant of Lashkat-e-Taiba (LeT) Hilal Moulvi was killed by security forces in an encounter in Srinagar this morning.
