New Delhi, August 21 (ANI): Amidst speculations that a senior Maharashtra government official Umesh Chandra Sarangi has reached New Delhi to open back door negotiations with Team Anna, Jan Lokpal Bill Panelist Justice N. Santosh Hegde clarified on Sunday that the central government had not yet approached the civil society members for dialogue on the proposed legislation. Hegde said it would be a grave mistake on the part of government if they dont accept the demand of Anna Hazare. Meanwhile reacting to Prime Minister Manmohan Singhs offer for dialogue, another aide of Hazare, Arvind Kejriwal asked the government today as to with whom and when should they talk.

Rescue operations underway in Joshimath
