Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy inaugurated the headquarters of Organization for Counter Terrorist Operations (OCTOPUS), the elite anti-terror commando unit of the state at Begumpet in the city. The building, constructed at the cost of 5 crore rupees boasts of a state of the art conference hall and communication network.

Rescue operations underway in Joshimath
