The trial of five of the six accused, in the brutal gang rape of the 23-year-old woman that stunned India and grabbed global headlines, began in New Delhi today. A fast track court in New Delhi had framed charges on February 02, against the five of the six persons accused in the gang rape and murder of the girl.

FM Triggers Debate on Financial Reforms

Sanjay Dutt shifted to Yerwada Jail in Pune

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who had last week surrendered in a Mumbai Jail was today secretly shifted to the Yerawada Central Jail in Pune. The actor was taken from the high-security Arthur Road Central Jail in south Mumbai in a van around midnight and transferred to the Yerawada Central Jail in Pune early Wednesday, due to security reasons and to avoid media glare.
