Musharraf to contest Prez elections

President Gen Pervez Musharraf declared on Monday that he would seek re-election from the current assemblies while holding the office of the Army chief, and said any talks on the uniform issue could be held after the presidential elections. The ruling Pakistan Muslim League (Quami) has reportedly fixed September 15 as the date for Musharraf's re-election from the existing assemblies.
